With customers lining up jet-nose-to-tail without interruption since the start of the year, Premier Aviation’s latest and biggest client is forced to wait outside on the tarmac for space to be freed up inside the company’s 144,000-square-foot Windsor hangar.
“It’s the largest one that’s been here so far,” Dave Diggle, Premier’s vice-president of marketing, sales and service, said of a Boeing-767 currently sitting at Windsor International Airport.
Given the competitive and secretive nature of the multibillion-dollar international aircraft maintenance, repair and overhaul industry, Diggle refused to divulge anything more about the client.
