Build a Dream launches initiative to help companies hire and retain more women

An organization dedicated to getting women into male-dominated industries launched new resources to help employers diversify on Wednesday.
Build a Dream has created the Workforce Innovators Network (WIN), through which companies and schools can book consultants and guest speakers to help attract and retain female students and workers.
The organization hosts programs exposing women and girls to careers in skilled trades, science, technology, engineering, and math, but had been fielding questions from businesses about making workplaces more equitable. That led to the creation of the Workforce Innovators Network.
