Who should attend?

What will you learn?
The goal is for attendees to be more savvy and know what the right approach should be in getting more products in the shopping cart.  Food businesses located in the Windsor-Essex region have a great supply of raw materials, innovative food entrepreneurs and proximity to substantial Canadian and US consumer markets are a real benefit.  The food industry is evolving and there are opportunities for producers, food entrepreneurs and processors who can compete effectively and efficiently.  Distribution channels are changing, providing more access to markets and consumers.  Producers, food entrepreneurs and processors who take advantage of these changes will be well positioned to grow in the future. Recent developments such as Amazon’s purchase of Whole Foods will accelerate the pace of change.
