Creating a recipe is very different from developing a commercially packaged approved food product. Product development for recipe scale-up requires food science, quality assurance and culinary expertise and can be a lengthy process of fine-tuning and testing. Therefore, just like creating a food recipe the ingredients, method, testing and refinement are part of the process for building a successful brand. Speakers from NSF International, Guelph ON will be presenting informative - need to know technical information for the growing food entrepreneurship sector in the region who are ready to turn their food idea into a business or want to take their food business to the next level.
The media are invited to participate and interviews can be arranged with NSF International presenters.
