“Attention passengers, this is the final boarding call for National Airlines Inaugural Flight from Windsor, Ontario to Orlando, Florida”.

Windsor Mayor Drew Dilkens and National Airlines President and Chief Operating Officer Edward Davidson will celebrate with passengers departing on the inaugural flight from Windsor International Airport (YQG) to Orlando.

What:   Inaugural National Airlines Flight
When:  Thursday, December 17

12:30pm  Earliest Arrival Time for incoming National Plane
12:55pm Expected Arrival Time for incoming National Plane - Fire Truck Salute - Welcoming National Airlines
1:00pm   Media invited to interview Mayor Dilkens and National Airlines President and COO Edward Davidson
1:30pm   All passengers to be in pre-board restricted area
1:40pm   Plane begins boarding passengers
2:30pm   Plane departs for Florida

On October 1, 2015 Mayor Dilkens and National Airlines President/COO Davidson announced plans to launch non-stop service between Windsor and Orlando.

Beginning Dec. 17, flights will depart Thursdays and Sundays at 2:30 PM EST and arrive at Orlando Sanford International Airport at 5:00 PM EST. National will offer return flights on Thursdays and Sundays, departing at 10:30 AM EST and arriving in Windsor at 1:00 PM EST.
