St. Clair College got a solid report card from the Ministry of Training, Colleges and Universities for its results on the 2015 Key Performance Indicators released Wednesday.
The college exceeded provincial averages when it came to student, graduate and employer satisfaction. The college also beat the provincial average (84 per cent) with 85.1 per cent of its graduates being employed.
Students reported a satisfaction rate of 79.3 per cent (provincial average 76.2) with their St. Clair experience while graduate satisfaction was 81.4 per cent versus 80 in Ontario. Employers also expressed satisfaction with 90.4 per cent of St. Clair grads compared to the provincial average of 88.1 per cent.
St. Clair president John Strasser said the results are reflective of the college’s effort to make itself relevant in today’s economy.
