Developing Pull Systems - Chatham Date: March 10, 2010 Proper Kanban design will simultaneously minimize inventory, while providing a materials management process that all employees can interpret and understand at a glance. Discussion topics will include Kanban types and material requirements calculations; both will be supported through in-class activities.
