A Newfoundland-based dentist is planning a small commercial development for a vacant lot at 1955 Provincial Rd.
Dr. Zachery Pan, of Pan Atlantic Innovations Inc., said Windsor’s inexpensive real estate prices and improving economy are two of the main reasons he selected the city for his development.
“It’s a very reasonably priced city in which to do business,” said Pan, who has a dental practice in St. John’s. “It’s also a good area for development and we think this will be a successful investment.”
Pan plans to build a 480-square-foot building which is expected to house a medical practice as well as a retail component. It will also have 28 parking spaces. The project is being designed by Architectural Design Associates Inc.
It’s currently moving through the City of Windsor’s site application process and Pan said he hopes to begin construction early next year.
