Amalgamation Announcement Made by Two Regional Companies

Windsor-Essex County, Ontario, Tuesday, May 10, 2016 - Caxton Mark Inc. and MGI Ltd are pleased to announce the amalgamation of their operations in Leamington, Ontario effective immediately.
Caxton Mark is a leading supplier of premium products from the barcode, identification, plastic card, decorative sign and horticulture industries. From their advanced manufacturing facility in Leamington, Ontario, they offer an extensive selection of products and sell to over 80 countries around the world. Caxton Mark has established long term relationships with customers globally and has a reputation as an innovative, quality oriented company.
Since 1993, MGI has been satisfying all types of label applications, including the development of thermal transfer materials and real solutions for hundreds of manufacturing, retail and agricultural needs. With nearly 30 years of pressure sensitive label and label machinery experience, MGI offers a wealth of practical answers to any labeling challenges that could possibly be imagined.
By merging company activities both Caxton and MGI will be able to offer their respective customers ‘end- to- end’ solutions from label design, in-house label manufacturing, provisioning and servicing of label applicator equipment and broader automation solutions.
