Local marketing firm wins international awards

Windsor marketing firm Douglas Marketing Group (DMG) has won four international awards for a number of projects, including the mega-hospital campaign.
Founded in 1991 by Kay Douglas, the firm also has an office in Detroit.
The agency bills itself as being at “the forefront of bridging international relationships and promoting our region for its international positioning.”
Douglas was named one of the Top 10 Michigan businesswomen for 2015 by the National Association of Women Business Owners.
The Aster Awards, which recognizes excellence in medical marketing, honoured DMG with two silver wins for the Windsor Essex County Cancer Centre Foundation’s Program Brochure and the Windsor Regional Hospital Foundation — Building Our Strengths: Single Site Hospital Awareness Campaign.
Walkerville Brewery’s Honest Lager packaging was recognized with a gold Summit Creative Award.
